Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook. Cook (born October 4 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared in the Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart voiced her, as well as Robot Chicken's voice and She's All That (1999) as well as She's All That (1998). The series started with the English version of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook is the daughter Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian and social worker in the past as well as JoAnn Cook, who is a weaver and instructor of cooking. She is part Italian.
